Review the garment’s fit, fabric, construction and finish. Agree any changes and approve the sample before confirming bulk production.

Confirm bulk specifications.
Agree the approved standard, size and colour quantities, measurements, commercial terms and production requirements.

Bring your identity to the details.
Add printing, embroidery, brand and care labels, hang tags and packaging as agreed. Artwork, placement and materials form part of the specification.

Coordinate finishing and dispatch.
Coordinate the agreed finishing, packing and dispatch arrangements, including destination, freight and order-specific timing.

Can I start with a reference instead of a finished design?
Yes. Share clear garment photos or sketches, a size range, estimated quantities and your branding direction. Measurements or a physical reference help define the fit. Our team reviews development requirements before quoting.
Is private labeling the same as buying ready stock?
Ready stock is an enquiry about goods currently available. Private-label development establishes the garment and branding for your order. Ask which label options are possible for any existing stock; custom changes and minimums need separate confirmation.
What affects the minimum order and price?
The garment, fabric, colours, size range, artwork, label and packing requirements all affect the quotation. Sampling costs and production lead times are agreed after reviewing the brief.
