Construction
Plan the collar, placket, pocket, cuff and hem together. Check pattern alignment and button placement on the finished sample.
Identity
Add a subtle chest emblem, an original graphic, hem detail or private label. Confirm artwork scale against each size.

For a new shirt range, share sleeve length, fit, fabric references and quantities by size and colour. Checks and stripes need particular attention to pattern placement at the placket, pockets and seams. Review the collar, shoulder, sleeve opening and finished measurements on your sample before approving bulk production.

Can I develop half and full sleeves in one fabric?
Yes. Include both versions in your brief, with a separate quantity, fit and branding direction for each. Fabric availability and minimums are confirmed during development.
Can I use a reference without a tech pack?
You can start with clear front, back and detail photographs. A measurement chart or physical sample helps us define the fit more accurately.
